Delayed or Lost Packages
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, customs delays). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at with your order number, and we will assist you in tracking down your package.

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement.
